
Mason Running Club
The purpose of the Mason Running Club is to have a competitive running team on campus for those interested in the sport and those who want to get in good physical shape, meet new people, and have fun in a safe group running environment. The Running Club practices 3 – 4 times a week, at 4 – 7 miles per workout, and competes on the weekends. The Running Club competes at the 5K and 8K distances.
