Calling all University Faculty and Staff Departments and individual members of Mason Recreation!

Mason Recreation is excited to offer its first annual Resolution Solution Fitness Challenge for 2010. Get your department co-workers and friends together for this fun 12 week program to have a chance to win great prizes and get fit for the New Year. Using the Wellness by Mason fitness model and mileage tracking system, this challenge will focus on getting various departments and individuals involved in a fun fitness competition and geared to a greener and healthier lifestyle.  Divisions will include a Department Challenge to find the most fit department and also an Individual Division to provide incentive to participate in Mason Recreation’s Fitness Classes.

There are also special promotions , Faculty/Staff New Year’s Membership Discount, Fitness Fridays and Sponsored Guest Pass, coinciding with the Fitness Challenge that will help departments and individuals in joining Mason Recreation.
